How does Productivity & Energy work?
We use the Diary Detox®, combined with the Energy Chronotypes. Using five simple steps to help you or your team to take a step back out of the weeds, look at how you’re spending your time today and reassess which activities add value, now and in the future. That extra space is where you, and your teams, growth begins.

Identify Waste
Using the Diary Detox Categories and colour as seen below – Green, Amber, Red, Grey and Blue – your calendar will be turned into a heat map, a mirror, that will show you what you’re actually doing and the effect it’s having on you, your team, your customers and your managers.
This process in awakening and is the start of positive change.

Having a crystal clear understanding of what results you want you to achieve is critical. In some respects, this is the most important (and most simple) part of Productivity & Energy.
Understanding your Targets (goals) will immensely increase the chance of achieving them. They are vital to keeping you and your team focused on the outcome.
